New in 2024. After years of distilling wild roses to very subtle results, I learned that the real scent of rose is achieved from the oily leaves of rose geranium - not even the flowers!  I grew a handful of rose geranium, 'rose of attar', plants on the balcony and they do not disappoint. After trimming them to make this inaugural batch, the continue to thrive and I hope to make enough batches to keep up with the immediate interest and love for this powerful favorite. (My dream is to replace all those plastic pink bottles that everyone seems to love so much! )
 
These hydrosols are hand crafted in small batches by distilling fresh raw plant matter in a copper still. A magical alchemical process occurs producing gorgeously scented aromatic waters that carry the special properties of the plants. The plants were either grown by seed or ethically wildcrafted in the Catskills - by me, for you :) 
 
Aromatherapy is an ancient powerful healing modality often overlooked in our modern world.  There are countless ways these hydrosols can support us! I use them as part of my skin care ritual and am reaching for them all day long for an instant shift and return to myself.
