summer solstice - welcoming in and holding more light. What better day than the solstice to remind us how capable we are of holding the most light. The most light! It's not easy and our nervous system will ebb and flow and requires support in order to expand. You may catch a glimpse of expansion or holding more light and then just as quickly it vanishes. This essence will support not only calling in that light, but expanding your capacity to hold it.
 
Made on the solstice in Maine at a dear friends farm. Surrounded by fields of wildflowers that so generously offered their medicine to the essence bowl. 
 
This is an environmental essence and while it contains flowers, at its core it is holding the vibration of the day of summer solstice. The longest day of the year. The day where the sun shines its brightest and longest. Captured in this little bottle. Created in reverance of Nature. The blueprint of the day, the moment in time, is captured in a special bowl or chalice of water and imprinted with the solar help of the sun. It is then bottled and preserved with alcohol. Working with the flower essence attunes our frequency to the frequecy of the flower and what it has to so generously offer us.  
 
HOW DO I USE IT?
There are countless ways to work with environmental essences! Here are a few ideas. Let your creativity and the flower guide you. The most important thing is to be consistent taking the essence throughout the day or over a period of time. An essence can support you in an acute circumstance or you can work with one or more essences for a week or a month to truly tune in and align with what it has to offer.
 
3-4 drops, 3-4 times a day 
- Dose directly into your mouth
- Drop into your water, tea, or other favorite beverage and sip throughout the day
- Add to your bath
- Blend into your skincare
- A few drops on your pillow before bed
- Try it in your food!
